If you’re looking for something a bit different to do in London with a group of friends, we’ve put together 7 of our favourites.

London is brimming with unique experiences perfect for group activities, and if you’re looking for something a bit different to the norm that you’ll be able to talk about for weeks to come, then look no further than our list.

In no particular order (although No. 4 should be your top choice…)

  1. Phantom Peak

An immersive steampunk-themed adventure park offering interactive experiences and quests. Perfect for groups looking for an extraordinary outing.

Phantom Peak takes you into their immersive world where you can either try to complete as many of the quests as possible or just relax in their incredible purpose-built town with some cocktails and games - suitable for groups of 2+

2. Wild Wild Experience at Moonshine Saloon

Step into the Wild West with this interactive bar experience. Dress up as cowboys and engage in themed activities while enjoying bespoke cocktails.

Sticking with the theme of immersive experiences, this bar encourages you to sneak in your own booze and enjoy an usual night of drinking with an added element of theatre along the way!

3. Fox in a Box

Escape room adventures with various themes and challenges. Perfect for team-building and group fun, the Prison Break room is probably our favourite in London!

4. RPG Taverns

Looking for the ultimate Dungeons & Dragons experience in London? Enjoy D&D sessions with all materials provided in a welcoming environment for all levels.

Of course, we couldn’t not mention ourselves. We might be biased, but if you’re looking for an unusual group activity in London, you can’t beat a session of Dungeons and Dragons at our very own venue RPG Taverns.

No experience is necessary, and group bookings are very welcome! Take a look at tickets here

5. Punch Drunk’s Viola’s Room

Whilst this might not be quite the same bonding activity as the others, Viola’s Room is already receiving rave reviews.

An audio-driven journey through a moonlit fever dream.

Prepare for an unsettling immersive experience

6. Sandbox VR

An immersive virtual reality experience where groups can explore different worlds and scenarios, from zombie apocalypses to space adventures.

You can connect with your fellow players through the microphone and hunt each other out in the VR world.

Oh and we can’t neglect to mention the ROBOT BARTENDERS. Check it out here

Finally, one of our favourite spots in SE1:

7. Electric Shuffle

A modern twist on shuffleboard with interactive and digital elements, making it a fun and competitive group activity.

Great drinks & delicious pizzas are served right to your table.
