Our D&D Party
Originally starting out as group of players, we have formed our own adventuring party to bring about something unique to the TTRPG community. Our Creative, Venue and Executive Team, are supported by a veritable army of volunteers who have dedicated their time and energy to get us off the ground. We hope many will eventually join us in a permanent capacity but in the meantime we have to acknowledge the amount of blood, sweat, and tears that have been required from such a large cast of heroes to get us started in such a short amount of time.

“Krispy”
Singaporean through and through, Kristal grew up with a good mix of Eastern and Western fairytales and mythology which led to her love and passion for creating and telling stories inspired by them! After living in London for a solid quarter of her life, she stumbled into D&D and GMing, and fell in love. Joining the team with a focus on story design, Kristal is excited to tell her tales - both creepy and wholesome!
Serhiy
Co-Creative Lead
“The Archfey”
Coming from Ukraine, Serhiy was raised on fairytales, myths and legends - which naturally nudged him into 7 years of playing (or rather forever-GMing) D&D! Battling on all fronts - story, mechanics and GM management - is not easy, but it’s a job that Serhiy finds highly rewarding. He hopes to make this fantasy world a place to not only tell great stories, but also to terrify characters with weird scenarios
Arman
“All Combat, No Roleplay”
Born in Russia, Arman has always had a love for history and mythology, which led to a fascination with fantasy. Aware of D&D for most of his life but sadly lacking the opportunity to play, he made the dive into TTRPGs at the start of 2023 and discovered a lovely community of people. Arman’s role in the creative team is working on game mechanics and keeping the other creatives in check by melding fantasy and logic. Some say he secretly plots to ban roleplaying, leaving only combat in the game.
Joseph
“The Spreadsheet Sorcerer”
Joseph is a member of the creative team with a focus on game design. Creator of the crafting system, he has an obsession with spreadsheets and too much free time. As a queer kid from the North East, Joseph got into D&D by watching Dimension 20 in lockdown - he’s thrilled to be out of his bedroom. Perpetually sarcastic, his favourite spell is Dissonant Whispers.
Ola
“The Forever Rogue”
Born and bred in Poland with a love for fantasy and local folklore, Ola sees D&D and other TTRPGs as a great opportunity to tap into your deeper feelings and vulnerability. She accidentally (on purpose) stumbled into the meeting room of the creative team and - since nobody seemed to mind - stayed as a full-time rogue in pursuit of D.Nutz.
Tom
“TomBeast”
Hailing from the literal other side of the world, Tom joins the team with a focus on GM management. Raised on a steady diet of old school RPGs and MMOs, D&D was a natural fit for Tom. He’s stoked to have discovered how vibrant the scene is here in London. Rumour has it that Tom only joined the team so he could make Tortles a playable race - a feat which he hasn't yet managed to achieve.

Lila
Chief Executive Officer
Lila is an accomplished senior organisational consultant and high performance coach with over two decades of experience working with clients across a variety of sectors such as government, financial services, technology, media, sports, and luxury retail. Lila's background in Intelligence and crisis management complements her foundation in organisational psychology to bring a unique perspective and skillset. Although not an active player, Lila loved the concept and has been excited to join the team.
Shaan
Chief Financial Officer
Shaan has over 5 years of experience in technology consulting and account management and brings his expertise in prioritising the voice of the customer and enhancing customer experience. After discovering D&D in lockdown, it quickly became a weekly staple and a creative way to explore his Indian heritage. His passion for TTRPGs continues to grow as he discovers new game systems and the corresponding consumer interest.
Kenny
Chief Creative Officer
Kenny is a creative guru with over 25 years as a styling consultant and menswear editor. Originally from Hong Kong, Kenny reconnected with D&D during the lockdowns of 2020 and was excited by how accessible and diverse the game has become since he’d first dipped his toe into the world of TTRPGs. Kenny is proud to be part of this new project, where his role is to support the creative team so they are free to tell incredible stories and build a rich, vibrant world.
Josh
Chief Operations Officer
Josh has been working with and supporting creative grassroots and subculture communities for over 30 years - music, film and print. He’s passionate about representation, inclusiveness, autonomy and independence. Having dipped his toe in the darker days of early 80s D&D, revisiting it decades later Josh enjoys the complex social interactions, creativity, imagination and drama every game fires up in those at the table.
Sam
Chief Revenue Officer
With over 16 years of business development experience, Sam is passionate about start-ups, having been a founding member of one, a co-founder of another and holding equity in a further 10; he has 11+ years of people managing experience overseeing diverse teams across multiple industries. Sam absolutely fell in love with D&D last year and has felt nothing but welcomed into the community which is what drove his desire to be part of the team.
